After meeting the factory standards, they are directly transported to the construction site for assembly. The installation process of this type of fence is relatively simple and does not require additional construction, thus avoiding the influence of other factors on the wall during the construction process and fundamentally improving the quality of construction. Prefabricated fences are generally composed of columns, wall panels, pressure tops, and column cap components, all of which are pre ordered from the factory. After the completion of the foundation construction, the prefabricated components installed on the upper part are assembled on site in the order of columns, insert plates, pressing tops, and column caps. During the assembly process, small lifting equipment can be used to complete it, which is very convenient. Prefabricated walls can be classified into precast concrete structures, steel column+lightweight wall panel structures, and hybrid structures, which have multiple advantages and can meet the needs of different projects

Lipp Steel Silo with Large Diameter

Lipp Steel Silo is a steel plate silo that is assembled by punching corrugated plates using mechanical rollers and molds, and connecting them with high-strength bolts using an electric torque wrench. It has the characteristics of high standardization, prefabrication production in factories, simple assembly, strong mobility, long service life, wide applicability of warehouse capacity, and low cost.
The wall panels of the Lipp Steel Silo are corrugated, and galvanized sheet metal is generally used with a thickness of 0.8-4.2mm. The thickness of the warehouse wall can reach 8.4mm. Most corrugated wall panels adopt the rolling process, which is produced in batches by a mechanical forming production line. The production line can automatically produce corrugated panels of various specifications. The advantages of roll pressing method are that the wave pattern is formed sequentially, the internal stress is eliminated, the rebound is small, and the quality of the produced plate shape is good. Even thicker steel plates can be formed in sequence on the forming unit assembly line. In addition, the forming unit, along with the unwinding machine, leveling machine, conveyor roller, and hydraulic fixed length flying shear, can directly process the coil into corrugated steel plate products of the required specifications
