Precast Concrete Batching Plants

PC-180 precast concrete batching plants provide high-quality and effective solutions for the precast industry that requires concrete.
Special solutions include a stepped concrete batching plant, aggregate storage silos and mixers arranged side by side, as well as a tower concrete batching plant. The aggregate storage bin is located above the mixing device. One or more mixers of different capacities can be configured, and customized designs and specific transfer methods can be made based on the factory layout and product type.
Prefabricated concrete batching plant is used to produce prefabricated concrete components, such as concrete pipes, concrete pavers, lightweight panel walls, etc.

  • Fixed prefabricated components have high configurability and are suitable for specific applications. Design engineers develop unique solutions based on customer needs. We also offer complex solutions, including allocation, bucket flying, crane systems, and personalized requirements.
  • The control room of PC-60 can be installed on the main frame, which can better check the unloading area, belt condition or hopper position, and aggregate bin condition.
  • A fast moving and maintenance free transfer hopper with a capacity of 0.5/1.0/2.0 cubic meters can be transported in the prefabrication plant area. Belt transmission options are also available
  • High quality mixing can be achieved through additional mixing hoppers. The micro feeder ensures precise pigment dosage to achieve color consistency. The hopper can accommodate up to 4 different colors.
  • The wide platform facilitates convenient and safe maintenance of the main components of the mixer and weighing hopper. Including an upper level platform for scale services.
