Pulse dust collectors are used for single or multiple point dust removal, as well as in places where dust points are not frequently fixed (such as during welding). Dust containing gas enters the box and is filtered by a flat cloth bag filter. The dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the fan through the filter bag. It is sucked in by the fan and directly discharged into the indoor environment (or can be connected to the outdoor environment). As the filtration time of the single machine dust collector increases, the dust adhering to the outer surface of the dust removal filter bag also increases, and the resistance of the filter bag also increases accordingly, thereby affecting the dust removal effect. A self-control dust removal mechanism is used for timed vibration and cleaning, or a manual dust removal mechanism is used to automatically vibrate and clean the dust for tens of seconds after stopping, so that the dust adhering to the outer surface of the filter bag is shaken off, and the dust falling into the dust collection container (drawer) is manually pulled out
