Stale garbage refers to the product of long-term natural evolution of garbage after landfill treatment. After long-term microbial fermentation and decomposition, stale garbage has a high moisture content and a low organic matter content. If it is dug out and incinerated, it needs to be screened and sorted first, and the sorted combustibles are used for garbage incineration. Other garbage is composted and landfilled according to specific classification. Stale garbage can be classified into the following types: humus, plastic film, hard plastic (can be divided into multiple types of plastics), rubber, magnets, non-ferrous metals, construction waste bricks and tiles, waste glass, wood, textiles and combustibles. Then they are effectively recycled and processed separately to make these garbage into commodities that the market can accept again, promoting the recycling of materials.
1. The stale garbage is loaded to the chain plate feeder by a forklift, and then the materials to be processed are homogenized by the material leveler. The garbage is transported to the drum screen by the feeding conveyor. Before being transported to the drum screen, manual sorting is set up to sort out large inert materials such as stones in the garbage.
2. The garbage that removes large objects is screened and processed by Zhongcheng’s multi-model drum screen, and is divided into oversize and undersize. The undersize is mainly humus, mixed with impurities such as metals. The undersize is separated and recycled by a magnetic separator, and the humus is processed and used as organic soil for landscaping.
3. The oversize is separated into heavy and light materials by a wind separator. The heavy materials are mainly recycled aggregates, mixed with impurities such as metals and a small amount of plastics. The heavy materials are separated by manual sorting to separate the combustible materials such as plastics mixed in them, and then the metals are separated by a magnetic separator. The aggregates can be used in the building materials industry after processing.
4. Light materials are mainly combustibles such as plastics, which are packaged together with the combustibles selected from large materials and heavy materials into compressed combustible packages and transported to power plants for incineration and power generation.
