Low carbon living and green production are the dreams of every person living on Earth. Concrete mixing plants, as the backbone products of construction machinery, are no exception. There are four main methods for achieving energy conservation and environmental protection in mixing plants:
- Dust control in mixing plants: The places where dust is easily generated in mixing plants are mainly the feeding port and material yard of the mixing plant. The mixing tower of the selected equipment belongs to closed mixing. In order to further eliminate dust, a movable color steel plate is added as the dust surface, and the space of the closed dust outlet is enclosed. Two symmetrical water mist spray pipes are added at the cement feeding port to prevent dust diffusion. The dust in the stock yard can be set with electric control or manual spray device according to the fixed position of the stacking place to control the dust emission and ensure that the dust meets the standard.
- Mixing plant wastewater treatment: Install drainage ditches at the location where wastewater is generated, and set up three-stage sedimentation tanks at the end of the drainage ditches to separate solids and liquids. Install a self-priming water pump to recycle the settled water, so that the wastewater in the entire production area can be fully treated and reused, meeting environmental discharge standards.
- Solid waste treatment at the mixing plant: Non recyclable waste and household garbage generated in production and daily life will be uniformly stacked, managed, and treated in a designated garbage pool. There are no schools or residents around the mixing plant, and the environmental investment requirements are not high. The investment cost is not significant. The concrete mixing plant will be built into a green and environmentally friendly mixing plant by strengthening environmental management.
- Noise control of mixing plant: The noise mainly comes from the equipment. The selected equipment has been optimized for configuration, and its own noise is relatively low. Strengthening maintenance and repair during use can not only extend the service life of the equipment, but also reduce noise pollution. According to the actual situation, partition walls and partition belts can also be set up.
