Safe operation steps for concrete batch plant

There are mechanical principles such as mutual coordination ratios and vertical differences between machines, and reasonable mechanical principles are the main basis for fully utilizing the abilities of machines. Therefore, the ability of a concrete batch plant to achieve maximum output depends on the reasonable mechanical principles of the concrete batch plant.
The concrete batch plant is divided into four parts: sand and gravel feeding, powder feeding (cement, fly ash, expansion agent, etc.), water and admixture feeding, and transportation mixing and storage.
1、 Workflow steps of mixing plant

  1. After the mixer control system is powered on, it enters the human-machine dialogue operation interface.
  2. The system performs initialization processing, including formula number, concrete grade, slump, production volume, etc.
  3. According to the weighing, detect each silo and measuring hopper, output a signal of empty or full material, and prompt the operator to determine whether to start the mixing control program.
  4. Start the sand and stone belt motor to feed into the measuring hopper.
  5. Open the butterfly valves of the fly ash and cement tanks.
  6. Start the screw machine motor to transport fly ash and cement to the measuring hopper.
  7. Open the control valves of the water tank and additive pool to allow water and additives to flow into the measuring hopper.
  8. After the measurement meets the set requirements, open the measuring bucket door.
  9. The ingredients are mixed in the started mixer, and at the set time, the mixer door is opened, and the concrete enters the mixer truck that has been fed.
Every machine has a switch sequence, and improper operation can cause many troubles. The switching sequence of concrete batch plants is particularly important. If not operated properly, it can lead to the shutdown of the concrete batch plant, machine blockage, and other reasons, resulting in machine repair, maintenance, and protection.
